BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

• A non-refundable retainer fee of 30% is required to secure your session date. • Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer is received and a signed agreement is completed. • The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Late Policy

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have session time reduced. • Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the retainer.

Cancellation Policy

• The retainer fee is non-refundable. • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session will not require payment of the remaining balance. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may require payment of 50% of the remaining balance. • No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
