BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your remaining balance. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when proper notice is provided according to our cancellation policy. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made outside of the required timeframe, no-shows, or failure to reschedule. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our deposit policy.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, a late fee may apply. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the appointment may be treated as a cancellation. Please understand that arriving late may shorten your service time.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and may be required to secure a new appointment.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is considered a missed appointment without prior notice. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to pay the remaining balance or a new deposit before booking again. Repeated no-shows may result in future booking restrictions.
