BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to secure your booking date and time. This deposit helps ensure serious inquiries and allows us to reserve your inflatable exclusively for your event. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of delivery. No bookings are confirmed without a deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled event date. This allows us enough time to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients. If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the event, the $50 deposit will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
