BOOKING POLICIES

Deposit Policy

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of $20 is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total service cost. • Confirmation: Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Late Policy

Tardiness The 10-Minute Late Fee: If you are 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your total service cost. • The 15-Minute Rule: I offer a 15-minute grace period. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to simplify your design (e.g., no nail art) or reschedule which would including you having to pay another deposit with your appointment to avoid cutting into the next client's time. The full service fee will still apply.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling • 48-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment. • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit and may require a fee of 50% of the service cost to rebook. • No-Shows: "No-calls, no-shows" will be banned from future bookings and charged 40% of the service price.

No-Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; however, I respectfully request at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations. 1. The "No-Show" Definition An appointment is considered a No-Show if: • You do not show up to your scheduled appointment. • You do not contact me via [Phone/DM/Text] before your start time. • You arrive 15-20 minutes late without notice (this may be treated as a no-show as I will no longer have time to complete your service). • No-Show Fee: A fee of 40% of the remaining balance of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file (or must be paid before rebooking). • Future Bookings: After one no-show, you will be required to prepay 40% of any future services upfront. After two no-shows, you will be permanently removed from my client list.
